POLICY NO.: 18.2 - REFUND POLICY
DATE: January, 2008
Any player requiring a refund before May 1st will be subject to a $35.00 administration fee. There will be no refunds after May 1st.
PROCEDURE
HOUSE LEAGUE
• Any player requiring a refund prior to May 1st will be subject to a $35.00 administration fee.
• There will be no refunds after May 1st.
• Any player injured during a game or practice may request, in writing to their Division Director, for partial refund.
• Exceptions may be made for injuries and/or medical reasons, only when accompanied by a signed medical certificate. This will be subject to a $35.00 administration fee.
COMPETITIVE TEAMS
• Any registered representative player requesting a refund will be subjected to a $35.00 club administration fee and a $50.00 District fee.
• No fees will be returned to the applicant without prior approval from the Division Director and/or the Board of Directors.
• No fees will be refunded should the player voluntarily withdraw from the competitive programme in the absence of medical reasons
• Exceptions may be made for injuries and/or medical reasons, only when accompanied by a signed medical certificate. This will be subject to a $35.00 administration fee.
