REQUESTS – HOUSE LEAGUE
POLICY NO.: 11.5 ( NOVEMBER 2007)
Requests will not be honoured from the U07 to U18 divisions except in true hardship* cases. Only the U04 to U06, and the Senior divisions will be allowed requests. The Club and Director of that division will do their best to honour the request where and when they can.
PROCEDURE: Anyone from the U07 to U18 divisions having special requests must submit the request to the Fair Play Committee in form of a letter or email. The Committee will review the request and submit their decision to the appropriate Director to deliver their decisions. All decisions by the committee are final.
*CARPOOLING is not considered a "true hardship".
